We offer a comprehensive online learning platform designed to support students, parents, teachers, and schools alike. On our platform, all our lessons and resources are created and delivered by fully-qualified British curriculum teachers, many of whom have taught at some of the world’s top schools. We cover each subject and text as thoroughly as it would be in school, chapter-by-chapter or section-by-section, ensuring no gaps in learning. With differentiated resources, we cater to all abilities, ensuring everyone has the tools they need to succeed. Many competitor platforms place a real emphasis on the top grades. Why don’t you do this? Will I not do as well with your resources?
Simply put: no one can guarantee you a ‘grade 9’. There is no ‘cheat code’ or shortcut, and the reality is that only around 5% of students get ‘9’s, so promising students this is not only unfair and misleading but also demoralising for students who are just hoping to pass. There are so many barriers to learning, which our fully-qualified teachers understand, that we need to champion and celebrate success at every level. This is why our lessons are designed with all students in mind, rather than just teaching to the top. Lessons are differentiated, with the final 25% of each lesson containing additional content for students aiming for the top grades. This content is signposted in lessons to give students the option of whether to access this material.
While there is no free trial as such, beyond our free launch period, it is free for anyone to make an account. Once you have done this, you will find a large number of free lessons and resources, which we are constantly adding to. There is, of course, free content available across our social media too.
Once you have created your free account, you will be able to access a number of free lessons and resources so you can ‘try before you buy’ and see the quality of our lessons and materials. Depending on your exam board and needs, you can choose to pay for a monthly subscription to all courses in a subject, which can be cancelled at any time, or buy a single course with lifetime access as a one-time purchase – the choice is yours! After our free launch period, if you subscribe, monthly subscriptions will be £11.99 per month for full access to all courses in a subject, billed on a rolling basis with the right to cancel at any time, or courses are available to purchase individually. However, we have some exciting features coming soon and will be offering a premium membership to access these for £14.99 per month. Anyone who signs up for a monthly subscription before we launch the new products will be upgraded to the premium subscription free of charge for the duration of their subscription. If you cancel and rejoin, you will have to purchase the premium subscription at full price to access these features.
You have the right to cancel your membership at any time if you have purchased a monthly membership. This can be done through Stripe directly or via this link: https://steertosuccess.co.uk/my-account/subscriptions/. Once here, click ‘view’ and then the ‘cancel’ button and it will automatically cancel any further payments. Any issues and we will be more than happy to help; just drop us an email: support@steertosuccess.co.uk. There is no need to cancel courses purchased with lifetime access as these are one-off purchases.

As per our ‘Terms and Conditions,’ you must cancel your membership prior to your next billing date, and you are bound by these terms. As well as the ever-growing free resources available once you’ve created your free account, you will also find free resources across our social media platforms on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and X. Here you will find daily suggestions for making improvements. We believe in the power of compound interest in your revision efforts – little and often is the key to your success!
All curriculum content is only ever delivered by fully-qualified practitioners, and we have a rigorous checking process to ensure we only work with exceptional teachers. In a few cases, there are courses offered by experts in their respective fields who are not teachers – similar to how expert speakers might visit a school. However, this will always be made explicitly clear in the course/ instructor description, and they would not be delivering curriculum content.
Please head to the ‘Free Resources’ section of the website where you will find videos on how to make the best of our platform, as well as free videos on how to revise alongside other resources to get you started without spending a penny.
Please refer to our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for more details on how the resources can be used. We strongly recommend not memorising parts of resources or model answers off by heart, as this is not a reflection of your work or ability. However, you are free to adapt them for your own work. Our belief is that our courses empower you and give you the confidence to tackle tasks and exams autonomously without relying on pre-learnt responses, as this is something examiners’ reports criticise every year.

For schools/individuals seeking a commercial licence for materials, please use the form in the ‘Schools’ section of the website.
Anyone with a free account can access our free resources, and anyone with a subscription can access the locked resources for the courses in the selected subject for personal use. Please refer to our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for more details on how the resources can and can’t be used.
You cannot download the materials to prevent unauthorised distribution, but you have unlimited access to these if they are free materials or while you have an active subscription. If you have purchased a course outright, you have lifetime access to these materials.
Currently, we offer the widest range of GCSE English content available, but we’re rapidly expanding. Soon, we’ll include more subjects, more exam boards, and resources for primary, KS3, A-Level, GL tests, and 11/12+ preparation.
Our founder trained to be a teacher with the highly-regarded UK charity ‘Teach First’ and remains committed to addressing educational disadvantage. Giving back is at the heart of what we do, and we have an ethos that while education can be a business, it should never just be a business. At present, we offer free memberships to all Pupil Premium students and ask that all contributing teachers on our site agree to do the same in working with us. Not only this, but we currently offer free access to students resitting their English Language GCSE in the November immediately following their original exam series. We will be extending this to maths as soon as the course is live. We are always looking for more ways to give back, so please do get in touch with any ideas.
In order to avail of free access for Pupil Premium students, schools will need to contact us with proof of Pupil Premium status, and we will issue logins to schools directly. It is fine to redact student details, although please refer to our ‘Privacy Policy‘ to see our commitment to data handling. However, the request must be made through schools and cannot be done by individuals.
Provided you are resitting your exam in the November immediately following your original exam season, we will give you free access to the English Language course (this offer will be extended to maths once it’s live). All you need to do is send us your statement of entry, and we will unlock access to the course for you. If you are resitting in the summer exam series, you can avail of free access from 1st May of each year via the same process.
As well as hundreds of lessons, more texts than similar services, and differentiated, accessible resources to support you in achieving the top grades, we have some very exciting plans in motion to support students, parents, teachers, and schools. Some of these will be paid features, but many will be accessible to everyone with a free account. We don’t want to reveal too much, but keep an eye on our social media or sign up for our newsletter for details.
